What if you found a message in a bottle, in the form of a sealed can of 16mm film? After processing this anonymous 16mm reel, swept ashore on the beaches of Brittany in France, I discovered that the sea had left its imprint on the images, and the film bears the memory of all things it witnessed through its journey to land.
