In Hamburg, the general manager of Merkur Insurance is full of praise for his top-selling agent, Harry Weber. As a reward for his services, he grants him his heart's desire: a pilot's license. Naturally, the flight school is located in an idyllic small town that the insurance company hasn't yet developed.
