Dva 15ti letí chlapci Gary a Wyatt jsou celkem neoblíbení troubové. Ti by ale chtěli holku a spoustu přátel, které by mohli zvát na párty. Při sledování Frankensteina je napadne šílený plán. Pomocí počítače si vyrobí živou Lisu, krásnou a chytrou, přesně podle jejich představ. Ta dokáže dělat kouzla a pomocí nich dělá chlapcům problémy, které jim ale zároveň pomáhají zapadnout mezi ostatní a nadělat si přátele. Mimo Lisy jim dělá problémy i Wyattův starší bratr Chet. Nadělá jejich počínání víc škody než užitku?
