Murat and Meliha are two young people who love each other. Murat is a poor villager who hunts for a living, while Meliha is the daughter of a landlord. Zülfikar Ağa knows about their relationship and strongly opposes it. The villagers also want Murat and Meliha to marry. They even try to persuade the landlord.
