Factory owner Şaban is in trouble with his creditors. He is waiting for his partner Haşmet, who is coming from Europe, to pay off his debts. However, Haşmet dies in a traffic accident. In his will, Haşmet appoints Şaban as guardian of his young son and leaves all his property to him.
