Kilroy is a Marine and his mission is to infiltrate a top secret stretch of secluded coastline in Central America. The land is wild, mysterious, and the waves are perfect. Kilroy is looking for intelligence on a global commando syndicate rumored to be controlling this forbidden coastline. He flies an attack helicopter, battles wild animals, and uses a group of surfers to help complete his objectives. He also encounters a mystical guru that sends him on a bizarre vision quest.
