Rutger and Thomas are at their wits' end when their beloved dog Paco is suddenly kidnapped in a flying doghouse. Everyone thinks they did it themselves, but the mean Tiffy Woefels is behind it: she wants to make Paco a big star. Rutger and Thomas must prove that they are innocent and save Paco!
